Shipping
All items in stock will be shipped from the warehouse within 3-4 business days. Depending on where you live, packages will typically arrive between 3 to 10 business days via UPS ground service or LTL carrier. If your package does not arrive within 14 business days please contact us at info@replacementtablelegs.com. Shipping fees may vary with each product, and will be calculated at check out, or, with larger order by RFP.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a product isn’t what you expected, or maybe you just changed your mind. Most problems can be fixed over the phone or through e-mail. If you have a question regarding any of our products or polices, please call or e-mail us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Important: Many of our products can be custom built. Custom products (such as custom height cuts) are nonrefundable and are excluded from our return policy. Don't hesitate to call us if you are unsure about customizing one of our products.
In order to receive the maximum refund for your returned item, the following requirements must be met:
- All claims must be made by email (info@replacementtablelegs.com) within 14 days after delivery (your tracking number will reflect date of delivery).
- Item must be shipped back with all parts and accessories that came in the original packaging
- All items must be in the original packaging, in re-sellable condition.
When returning an item, Replacementtablelegs.com is NOT responsible for shipping fees. You will not be refunded for shipping. There is also an additional 30% of the purchase price of the product restocking fee for all returned items.
Damages:
If you received your merchandise damaged, please email us at info@replacementtablelegs.com so we can make a report. Please include demonstrative pictures of damaged shipping containers and products with your email. Place items back in the original packaging the way you received them.
The items will be used as evidence to verify any mishandling. If we can verify that your item was delivered damaged, we may send a replacement item.
